Working with Soccer Assist

Each year we receive 1000’s of applications from prospective student-athletes from around the world looking to pursue an athletic scholarship in the U.S. To date we have a 100% success rate of scholarship attainments for our athletes and achieve on average 75% savings on tuition fees through securing scholarships.

The Soccer Assist team consists of ex U.S student-athletes, who believe that international education promotes individuals global awareness, and encourages personal growth.

This pathway provides the perfect solution for those students that wish to experience international soccer, whilst attaining a degree.

Career Development

There are multiple career opportunities upon graduation:

Graduate jobs

Whether the student-athlete returns to their home country or decides to apply for a working VISA they will not be short of job offers. According to the student program Erasmus (2013), 64% of employers value international experience.

MLS/NWSL draft

If a student-athlete excels on the field during their university career there is an opportunity to be drafted by one of the professional soccer teams. Following in the footpath of famous international players before them including Jack Harrison, Rachel Daly and Dom Dwyer.

Further education

Many students take up the opportunity to complete a masters degree as a graduate assistant. This allows them to continue to compete with a soccer team or become a member of the coaching staff whilst earning their masters.
