I am delighted to provide this reference for Alex Bacaj, whom I have had the pleasure of teaching and mentoring at Elite Coaching over the past three years as part of his Level 3 Sports Diploma programme. Alex is due to complete his studies with us in May, and throughout his time here he has consistently demonstrated outstanding commitment, professionalism, and personal development both academically and practically. Alex is currently on course to achieve a Distinction in his qualification, which reflects not only his academic ability but also his dedication to maintaining high standards in all aspects of his work. He approaches his studies with maturity and genuine enthusiasm, producing assignments that are consistently detailed, well-structured, and thoroughly researched. His attention to detail and willingness to go beyond minimum expectations set him apart as a learner who takes pride in the quality of his work. In the classroom, Alex is highly engaged, focused, and intellectually curious. He contributes positively to discussions, listens attentively, and demonstrates strong critical thinking when analysing sporting concepts and performance-related topics. He is a disciplined and well-organised student who manages his responsibilities effectively, always showing respect towards staff and peers. His attitude towards learning has made him a positive influence within the cohort and an excellent example to others. Alongside his academic achievements, Alex is also a very capable footballer and athlete. He applies the same level of professionalism and discipline to his practical performance as he does to his studies. He shows strong game understanding, commitment to improvement, and a coachable mindset, always receptive to feedback and eager to develop his performance. His work ethic and consistency highlight qualities that will serve him well within both sport and wider professional environments. Beyond his ability, what stands out most about Alex is his character. He has been a genuine pleasure to work with over the past few years. He conducts himself with maturity, humility, and professionalism, and he represents the values of our programme exceptionally well. His positive attitude, reliability, and determination suggest a young person who is well prepared for the demands of higher education and future career pathways. I have no doubt that whichever university, organisation, or professional environment Alex progresses into will benefit greatly from having him involved. I am confident he will continue to succeed and make a meaningful contribution wherever his journey takes him. Any institution or employer would be very fortunate to welcome him, and I strongly recommend him without hesitation.
